"this is very versitile. my first try at this i didn't have enough broccoli so i used half broccoli and half asparagus and it was absolutly lovely. Ive done all aspargus and added a dash of red pepper flakes to give it a kick as well. the bread crumbs dont adhere to the veg but thats okay. "
