About Me

I am a retired airline pilot that finally has the time to cook!  Though I have always dabbled, I am taking the time to learn how to cook in a consistent manner.  My husband and I recently became vegetarian... I spent the past two years flying internationally, and discovered that in the United States, every meal seems to be based around a meat. That is not the case in most countries, and we thought it would be fun (and probably healthier) to learn how to do vegetarian well.
