Reviewed Gulf Shrimp au Gratin
"Being a Floridian, I am well versed in cooking seafood. That being said, looking for something new. Bit off more than I could chew with two toddlers alone after a long day at work, but SO glad I did! Made a bit of a change... added a bit of white wine to the sauce when cooking since I felt it needed "something". AMAZING, and seasoning is just "
