Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"My family loved these rolls. I thought they were a bit too doughy (though cooked perfectly), although I loved the crust. I have made them twice, on thanksgiving and on christmas eve -- the ones on Christmas eve were previously frozen and turned out even better than the first batch I made. I have another batch in the freezer right now -- this time, I cut the initial dough rectangle into three strips and then into twelves. I'm hoping this will address my "too doughy" problem. Anyway, overall -- I like them. A good go to dinner roll and a really good frozen one.
