Reviewed Saag Paneer: Spinach with Indian Cheese

My husband and I both really liked this recipe. Making the paneer was a lot easier than I would have thought. I used three tablespoons of lemon juice and about a third of a cup of yogurt to make the cheese, and it was just perfect. The spinach was creamy ans spicy. We will be making this again. "
