Reviewed Broccoli Soup
"Just made this soup and it was delicious. I added 2 strips of bacon cooked, then added the butter and all the vegetable plus a turnip. Before adding the stock I added 2 cloves of garlic chopped. Simmered everything and used the immersion blender to puree but left some chunks. Did not add the cream as I thought it was creamy enough without it. Also shredded Gouda cheese on top.
