Reviewed Chicken-Fried Steak With Cream Gravy
"Delicious & easy! Happy to find a lightened up version of a classic southern dish.
I used fat free half and half for the gravy, was very liberal with the pepper and added a bit of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
The husband loved it, ate the left overs for breakfast & came home a few days later with a package of cube steak "hinting" f"
