My Activity

Reviewed Vegetarian Chili

"Great recipe! Easy to follow and create. I used canned tomatoes, chilies, corn and beans. I was worried when I didn't have any stock and had to use water but it came out perfect. I served it over cornbread. YUM!
It would also be a great base recipe to add to, if you desired. I loved it and my husband loved it!
We will be making this again!"

Reviewed Eggplant Parmesan

"Wow! Great recipe! I used store bought Marinara but this was one of the best Eggplant Parmesan's that I've ever had! My husband loved it, as well, so this recipe is a keeper! "

Reviewed Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle

"Yep, very easy and yummy. I like pumpkin but you have to loooove you some pumpkin for this one :). My husband happens to love pumpkin so he loved it.
I think next time I will use less pumpkin and more cool whip or pudding to lessen the pumpkin taste and make it more creamy.

Reviewed Boston Market - Sweet Potato Casserole

"Whoa! Made this for thanksgiving and it was incredible! I used crushed slivered almonds instead of pecans since one of my guests was allergic and it was still a dinner favorite!
Leftovers were awesome, as well! I will be making this again and again!"

Reviewed Seafood Pasta with Sherry Tomato Cream Sauce

"I made it for my fiance and his parents. It was easy to make and everyone ate it. We put in shrimp instead of lobster and didn't add the sherry due to people's likes and dislikes. We agreed that basil would have been a yummy addition for next time and I might experiment with some cheese eventually.
