"Thanks for the great feedback, and I just wanted to answer a few questions, that recipe is made in a restaurant size pan and is really close to 40lbs, and usually feeds 8-10, if you cut everything in half off that recipe is for home size pan, I also buy all my stuff at the restaurant depot so they have larger sizes then the typical grocery store, "
