I went on a different tangent with this recipe so I thought I'd share. I don't normally like "sticky" wings, so I steamed the wings first, this gets a lot of the fat out of them. Then I tossed them in the sauce, let them sit for a few minutes, then baked them in the over for 20 minutes at 350. Covered them in the sauce again and baked for another...
