Reviewed Spanish-Style Noodles with Chicken and Sausage
"This is a regular in my kitchen. From my experience, be careful about how much water you add other wise it turns out runny. I add the water to about 1/4"-1/2" above the noodles before I put the meat back in & it turns out fine."
Reviewed Mediterranean Bruschetta
"It was very yummy but I agree with the others that its missing a little something. Maybe I'll add some lemon zest or something next time."
Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina
"I followed the recipe except I added some fresh basil. It tasted pretty good except it was on the dry side from the breadcrumbs(I think I'll try cutting the amount to maybe half). I don't expect this to be added to the list of regular meals but its a good recipe to have because its easy to put together & I usually keep all the ingredients on hand.""
Reviewed Steve's Killer Bread Pudding
"I made a half batch last night for me & my husband (which there was still a LOT). this was my first attempt at bread pudding & despite a major mishap getting it out of the pan of water, it turned out pretty good. The rum sauce took longer to thicken up than I expected (it took about 45 min). I will be making again. Only thing I changed was I left ""
Reviewed Chicken Cacciatore
"I made this for dinner tonight & it came out pretty good. The only changes I made was that I used 1/2 a green bell pepper (because thats all I had), I only used approx. 5oz of mushrooms, & I only made 2 chicken breasts for me & my husband. There were a lot of veges left over, but I plan on putting them with pasta tomorrow night as a side dish.""
Reviewed Pear and Fennel Salad
"I had never had fennel before but my husband loves pear so I figured why not. Turns out I don't like fennel. ""
Reviewed Pasta Puttanesca
"I added chicken to satisfy my "dinner has to have meat" husband & it was great. I think it would have been good even without the chicken. I didn't have arugula & had to use regular green olives (its all I had). Still haven't told my husband it has anchovies in it yet. :) I'm sure this will become a regular around our house. ""
Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
"I added cayenne pepper & it was pretty good! very easy""
