Reviewed Honey-Mustard Chicken and Apples

We enjoyed it a lot! We didn't have honey mustard in house, so we used whole grain mustard and honey. We also added a sweet potato, but I think any root vegetable would fit nicely. Oh and we used chicken breast and it still came out well. My husband thought the apples were weird, but I think he just doesn't like fruit in his entree."

I love the flavor in these cookies! I probably should have chilled the dough because I prefer thicker cookies, but as my husband said "they are called ginger snaps." I baked mine for the shortest recommended time and they were burnt. Even taking them out a few minutes earlier still resulted in rock hard cookies that we thrown out. The apple chips that I rolled my cookies in burnt, but I did appreciate them inside the cookie. I don't think the cider shined through at all. I was super bummed!""
