Reviewed Spanish Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes

"This is a great dinner for those who don't have much time. Assemble the parts, put it in the oven and spend the next hour doing whatever else is pressing. Sure, you do have to take just a minute to baste the chicken, chorizo and veggies, but its only a minute. The results are great. Next time I think we are going to replace the oregano with garlic to bump the flavor just a bit but, other than that, this is a welcome addition to our recipe box."
