I love this recipe! I double the amount of garlic and ginger and add siracha chili sauce to make it really spicy. It's the perfect recipe for using leftover meat of any kind. We have used thinly sliced pork chops, shrimp, chicken and beef. It's definitely one of my most used recipes."
