Reviewed Homemade Dinner Rolls

"These rolls are SO good! I've never made rolls, and haven't really worked with yeast either. I was a bit worried when I dissolved the yeast and there weren't really any bubbles. I started over and experienced the same result. I decided to move on anyway. I was also worried when, after adding 5 cups of flour, it was still extremely sticky and what "

Reviewed Dijon-Baked Chicken with Rice and Broccoli

"Loved it!
I made the chicken only. Had to make a few modifications to accommodate what I had on hand. Used fresh chopped shallots instead of the frozen onions. Also left out the chili sauce as I didnt have any (subbed a few dashes of Tobasco, but its not quite the same, so I wouldn't recommend it) Really delicious. My husband loved it too, and he can be picky. If you don't like spicy, leave out the pepper flakes and chili sauce and it will still be awesome!

Reviewed Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

"This recipe was great. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and as there are no decent restaurants in the area, I made a nice dinner at home. He said he absolutly loved them. I very much enjoyed them myself. The only complaint I might give is that it was a bit dry. This could be a result of having a mediocre produce section in our local grocery store, but I can't be sure. If you don't mind the extra calories, I'd recommend adding a pat of butter before serving. I did mind the calories, so I left as is and still enjoyed it.

Reviewed Grilled Kielbasa with Sauerkraut and Onions

" This recipe was really great! I'm not that much into sauerkraut, although my husband loves it, and we both thought that it was delicious. The Sauerkraut was not very potent. The carmelized onions really balanced out the flavor.
