"My family enjoy fish and this was an easy dish to prepare. Fish with a Mex-Tex twist made this fish recipe one my family will want often. Usually, I bake fish with some type of garlic sauce or fry it. Its time for a change and this recipe did it. "
About Me
I enjoy cooking for family and friends. My mom was an excellent cook. One thing she taught me was to clean up as you go in the kitchen. This clean as you go has been a time saver and it allows for a cleaner kitchen. After 40-years of cleaning as I go is one reason cooking for me is enjoyable and not a chore to get through and over with as quickly as possible.
Favorite Foods
Chicken grilled, baked, or fried. Steaks: Strip or Rib Eye, Fish, Oysters, Shrimps, Crab, and Lobster. Root vegetables, Corn, Green Beans, Cabbage, Greens, Brocoli, And Squashes.
