These are amazing. I use lemon juice concentrate, only 2 eggs and not the extra yolk, and whole wheat flour, because that's what I have. The amount lemon juice this recipe calls for is perfect. I'm sure they are awesome following the recipe exactly, but i haven't tried that way yet. Thanks!
