absolutely marvelous! Made a couple changes though, I did not puree the bacon and onion mixture because I like having the different texture within the steak. It also gives the steak better flavor because you can actually bite into the bacon and onion:) I did not use the ground veal due to its expense, but used 1 pound ground pork and a little more"
