Searching for chicken recipes since I am not a big chicken eater, I decided to try this recipe. Marinating the chicken thighs overnight I baked the chicken for 30 minutes, then broiled it for 8 more minutes and it was absolutely delicious and juicy. I love ginger so used more of it. "
