I will never buy canned tomato soup again! This was so easy to make and even my very picky husband who won't eat anything new loved it. I have an immersible blender which made it even easier. It is one of those things that you keep thinking about way after it is gone. I have 3 men in the house and they fight over who can warm up the left overs....

The house smelled amazing, hubby couldn't wait for dinner. I used fresh ancho chilis but replaced the pasilla with Anaheim because that is what was at the store. I floured and browned the pork before putting it in the crock pot and used that same cast iron pan to cook the sauce. Actually quite a bit of work and was glad when finally got everything...
