"I couldn't find veal so used the hamburger & ground pork in a 2:1 ratio. Otherwise I followed the recipe EXACTLY, same for the glaze. I don't know if the change of meat made a difference but the mixture was VERY loose. The sauce was also too runny to coat the meat without just running off.
