It was good, but I think if you have a hand mixer it is better to just chop the onions and chickpeas to brown them a bit and then mix them by hand once the tomatoes have been added. I also added a bit of heat, red pepper flakes & paprika and also a bay leaf. It was hearty and yummy!"

Yummers! I just added some Cayenne pepper because I like things on the hot side. But my bf loved it and he is not a fan of squash.

turned out SOOOO good. I used dried mango's and cranberries in a mix with the raisins. Definitely plan to make this again and jar it!

This was pretty close to perfect! The chicken was SOOO moist. I think the letting it rest under the tin foil trick was what brought it so close to perfection, don't skip this step! I'm making stock out of the leftover carcass now too :)
