Delicious! I was pressed for time so skipped the "brown in a skillet" part, but rather just put marinated tenderloins on a cookie sheet and placed in a 475 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then I reduced the temp to 450 and roasted for another 15 minutes. They were very good, but I would like to try again and follow the recipe exactly"

I have used this website as a source of recipes for my family for years, yet this is the first time I have signed up as a member, just so that I can "review" this recipe. I am a fan of hummus and have made many recipes before....but this one is horrible! I should have used my own judgement and realied 1 1/2 tsp of salt is way too much for only 2"
