"I have now made this blueberry cake twice this month and my husband can not get enough of it. I took some to work and my co-worker asked me the following day if I brought in another piece for her! Great cake, only advise I have is I had to leave it in the oven for about 1 hour and 10 min. I used a angel food type cake pan to bake it in. ""
