Reviewed Scalloped Potato Gratin
"This was a very easy recipe. I've made it several times and it comes out consistently delicious. Just make sure to cook long enough so that the potatoes are soft. It's important to cut the slices the same so they cook evenly.""
Reviewed Chicken Marsala
"This was delicious. Since I didn't use prosciutto, I added a few tablespoons of butter before putting in the mushrooms. ""
Reviewed Banana Brioche Bread Pudding
"This was divine. It seemed strange to me, though, that there was no cinnamon or nutmeg. But it didn't need it. It was perfect as is. Could not find brioche so used challah from Trader Joe's.""

Reviewed Raisin Pecan Oatmeal Cookies
"There is a serious problem with this cookie recipe. I don't think that anybody has pointed this out. It's impossible to stop eating them, they are so friggin' delicious. I never thought an oatmeal cookie could be so yummy. Thank you, Barefoot Contessa. You are a genius.
Reviewed Peanut Butter Fudge
"After pouring in the pan sprinkled walnuts and chocolate chips, which I highly recommend. However, the recipe flopped. While it was delicious, it turned out all crumbly. The problem I think was the microwave. All microwaves are different. 2 minutes was too much in my case. I'm surprised Alton Brown chose to use a microwave. Sounds like something Sandra Lee would do....
