This recipe was very easy to put together. However, we thought there was way too much salt in the meatloaf. Next time, I will cut the salt to 1 TBS. Also, the garlic sauce was delicious, but again, too salty. Season judiciously! I watched the show that this is made on, and the ingredients are slightly different: 1 TBS. salt, 1-1/2 tsp. peppe"

I did not have egg noodles, so I used fettucine; I used about 1/2 c. gruyere instead of parmesan cheese and I used 1/2 white button and 1/2 portabella mushrooms. My husband and I both enjoyed the lighter sauce and the Essence punch in this recipe.
