This had way too much garlic. No one could eat it. But on the up side, I do plan to make it again with just a bit of garlic and probably will use roasted. I think it would have been really good with out the over powering garlic.

This is the best cake I have ever eaten. It is so rich and moist with that zap of key lime pie. I baked it in a 13X9 pan and it took longer than the suggested time.
