Simply delish! I use any old type of meat the butcher has cut up and usually only use around a pound and it comes out just fine! I wouldn't let the house seasoning scare you off, I don't bother making a batch. I just use and equal amount of garlic powder and salt with a bit of pepper and it comes out perfect!
