We loved this! If your not a butter & cheese person than this is not for you. I did bake it longer 20 -25 minutes. I also used pepper jack instead of monterey jack, YUMMY! I was not going to use the green onions but I did and I wasn't disappointed! I will make this again."

YUMMY! I was afraid to try this recipe because of some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did! These were so good! One review said they need turned over, If you bake them on a rack you shouldn't have to turn them over. I cooked mine on a rack (I didn't turn over) and the bottom was as crisp as the top. I will make these Christmas Eve! Thanks Ree, love"

After reading suggestions to use pepper flakes I used hot sausage instead of sweet sausage and pepper flakes. I also used 1/2 cup Pinot Grigio wine instead of the 1 cup pasta water to cook the cauliflower and meat mixture. I used minced garlic instead of sliced garlic and I added baby bella mushrooms. To countrychickenpie - dividing the 4 Tbs. of oil means to mix 2 Tbs. in with the bread crumb mixture and 2 Tbs. in with the mustard mixture. No need to freeze it, leave it as a liquid. I hope this helps. I loved this recipe."

Yummy! By far the best brownies I've ever made. I didn't have enough semi-sweet choc. chips so I used 12oz. milk choc. chips and stirred them into the batter. Outrageous! I made them for a party and what a hit. I had several people ask for the recipe. Thanks Ina!
