This is simply a wonderful recipe and very easy to make, the kale gives a great taste and texture to the dish. The wife's new favorite side and used the leftovers for a base for over easy in the morning - AWESOME!!

I'm not sure what you guys cooked but we all thought this was a fabulous dish. The meat was spot on and the sauce over the polenta was to die for. We loved the taste combination but added a little heat with cayenne, backed off on the salt by halving the capers and halved the lemon juice. We kept the zest as is because we crave zest!!
Topped with a bit of Parmesan... Very nice
