“I'm not sure what you guys cooked but we all thought this was a fabulous dish. The meat was spot on and the sauce over the polenta was to die for. The amount of polenta was one cup (we found the directions on the package - a little deductive reasoning. “We loved the taste combination but added a little heat with cayenne, backed off on the salt by halving the capers and halved the lemon juice. We kept the zest as is because we crave zest!!
Topped with a bit of Parmesan... Very nice”
