"Very yummy. I goofed and put 3c of heavy cream instead of 2 so i just added an additional 16oz can of pumpkin puree and it was just right. Definately add pumpkin spice if you want to amp up the pumpkin flavor...and I added more salt and a few extra dashes of hot sauce and used thyme instead of poultry seasoning.
