Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

I just made two huge roasts with this recipe for Christmas dinner for 15 and they were fabulous. We have leftovers, just as planned. The butcher trimmed them off the bone and then tied them back up. We got the flavor of the bones but avoided a carving hassle. I used a meat thermometer at the last stage of cooking and recommend this for all. We"
