Reviewed spinach soup

This is a keeper! So pleasantly surprised! Used two full bunches of spinach. Didn't add the water because there was still water adhering to the rinsed spinach. I served it with a poached egg. Next time I will serve it with some bacon sprinkled on top! Yum!!

Reviewed crab cakes

Based upon other reviews, I added an extra egg white. You can make these cakes well in advance. I left the crab cakes in the fridge for almost two or more hours and I didn't experience the problem of falling apart in the pan. Great taste - positive compliments from my guests.

Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili

Great flavors and easy to make. A few noted that it came out a bit watery so I substituted water for 1 1/2 cup of beef broth. This is a keeper.

Halibut is rather expensive, so I was a bit apprehensive in making it. The last time I cooked it on the BBQ it completely fell apart. This recipe is a keeper. Garlic definitely added "punch" to the flavor. I used quite a bit and of rosemary and lemon and liberally seasoned it with S/P. After marinating the steaks, I pan fried it on each side f"
