Reviewed Velvety Mashed Potatoes

"This recipe was your classic, comfort-food mashed potatoes. I didn't have a mill, so I put the boiled, peeled potatoes in a mixing bowl and used an electric cake mixer to mash the potatoes. Then I added the warm cream and butter, plus the seasonings. I forgot to add the olive oil, but I'm sort of glad I did, because it already had plenty of creamy"
