Amazing. I made it with Malt-o-meal instead of couscous, but otherwise left it unaltered. It made enough for the 3 of us to have two nights in a row, and I wish we had more. My 5 year old is still extolling my cooking prowess, as is my husband. THANKS GIADA!""
