"Great recipe however I also agree it was a tad bland. Next time I will use garlic & ginger as well to add more flavor. Instead of flour I used corn starch and baked the chicken in a glass dish. Served with plain white rice & packets of soy sauce. Also served with her Orange-Ginger Wontons which were outstanding! ""
