Reviewed Chocolate Chip Cookies Straight Up or with Nuts

"very tasty but because I made smaller portions of dough(and got more cookies) I should have reduced the baking time to perhaps 5 minutes, rotate, 5 more minutes. I am usually very good at getting the cookies out of the oven on time and I usually just do one sheet at a time. the cookies turned out not as soft and chewy as usual, still tasty though!"

"My Favorite granola! I'll never buy granola again, this recipe is so easy and so good. I use honey instead of maple syrup because in washington state maple syrup is very pricey. I have also used agave syrup. I just don't even measure the cinnamon I just add a hefty dash out of the container and I use mostly walnuts instead of the almonds and pecan"

Reviewed Espresso Chip Meringues

"this was my first attempt at making meringues(I happened to have 3 eggs in frig which had reached the date on their carton)I just used the sugar I had on hand organic cane sugar and tollhouse morsels and skipped the espresso powder since I did not have any, they turned out Great, I find they keep getting better the longer they sit in my food network plastic snapware, they are still crisp but more of a softer crispness than when they were first made. this recipe is a Keeper!
