Delicious and a very good basic oatmeal cookie dough, today I used up the end of a bag of costco dark chocolate superfruit candy by cutting up the larger pieces to make an equal sized amount of dark chocolate covered dried fruit, the result is Delicious!

Delicious chili, I used 1 29oz can crushed tomatoes, 1 15oz can tomato sauce, added 1 tsp cumin & a bit of dried oregano ( just to use up a bit I had left from drying some fresh oregano) and I let it simmer much longer than 30 min. This recipe is a Keeper!

My Favorite granola! I'll never buy granola again, this recipe is so easy and so good. I use honey instead of maple syrup because in washington state maple syrup is very pricey. I have also used agave syrup. I just don't even measure the cinnamon I just add a hefty dash out of the container and I use mostly walnuts instead of the almonds and pecan"
