"This was great. I changed the walnuts to almonds, added some almond extract and baked it in a 13 x 10 baking pan. I also didn't use the cream cheese frosting, I wanted a dairy free cake. Next time I would change out some of the oil for apple sauce and maybe use less maple syrup. We used it for a Rosh Hashanah cake and it was moist and tender. This"
