Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
"Great recipe, and I got great reviews from everyone! Only problem is that I tried making if first as an 8" round cake. Was dry and hard on the outside, and too crunchy on top.
For the cupcakes I added about 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, and skipped the ganache topping, and they were simple and very tasty! Made with homemade chocolate syrup, they tasted absolutely amazing.
