Reviewed Almost-Famous Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I have been making cheesecakes for years but this is my first time doing this one. The recipe is flawless, it came out perfect. I substituted in some dark brown sugar to add a deeper flavor. It came out so good I got a peck on the cheek from one of the nice old ladies at work. I even posted some baking photos on my FB page.
A word to the wise from a cheesecake master: The two most important items are the water bath in the roasting pan and the cool time in the oven after.
