Well, like everyone else I saw that the dry to wet ratio was way off on the shell dough, so I kept adding butter to my processor until the dough looked correct to me. basically I doubled the butter from 2 tablespoons to 4 ! I have been making cheesecakes for years but this is my first time doing this one. The recipe is flawless, it came out perfect. I substituted in some dark brown sugar to add a deeper flavor. It came out so good I got a peck on the cheek from one of the nice old ladies at work. I even posted some baking photos on my FB page.
