Reviewed Wild Rice Salad

“First of all, in the Philly area anyway, could not find wild rice. Finally bought pre-cooked at Fresh Foods which was very expensive and tasted bad.
Prep was very labor-intensive and not worth the effort. Fixed it for Thanksgiving and everyone was polite. Will not make again, even if I were to find wild rice.
