Love Love Love this recipe! Completely vegan and incredibly delicious. I couldn't find swiss chard leaves so I used cabbage instead and it was perfect. My only problem is that I kept eating it out of the pan and almost ran out of enough to stuff the cabbage. Ha ha."

This is not just one of my favorites, it IS my favorite pot roast ever. Giada, you did it again. I don't like fennel so I used celery instead. It was juicy and so good over rice and the next day over baked potatoes. YUM YUM YUM!!!

I have never made pie crust let alone a whole pie before. I ususally by the frozen pie crust and use the pumpkin pie recipe on the can. When my husband saw this episode, his mouth actually dropped open and he started to drool. So I took a chance. Hands down the best pie either of us have ever tasted. The crust was flaky. Just delicious!
