"I make a really good meatloaf but Ina's recipe sounded interesting. I was pleasantly surprised the tomato paste gave it a richness and brought it to another level.
I didn't use herbs I used seasoned breadcrumbs and I used half onion and half chopped green bell pepper.

"I loved the idea of this recipe a classic Italian pink vodka sauce with seafood and spicy red pepper flakes what a great combo.
I basically followed the recipe as is. I did saute the shrimp first took them out of the pan and then followed the recipe. I also added chopped Italian parsley.

"Actually I have to preface this review with I only eat several varieties of Sushi and vegetable is one of them.
I must have gotten the wrong Nori "roasted seaweed" because it was very thin and when I wet it with the vinegar it shriveled. Also the smell was overwhelming and not in a good way.
