"AWSOME! I love this recipe! These little cakes come out crispy on the outside and creamy inside, so yummy! I've made these several times and they always come out perfectly. The pinch of cayenne adds just the right amount of spice to these tasty little cakes. Sometimes I even substitute thyme for the sage as well. Anne is the BEST! ""

Reviewed Vanilla Wafer Cake

"Great flavor but a little too sweet for my taste. I think I would substitute one cup of brown sugar for the two cups of white sugar and maybe add a cup of self rising flour to it. Its also a very moist cake, a little on the mushy side. ""
