Reviewed Roast Beef with Spicy Parsley Tomato Sauce

I was glad the sauce wasn't too tomatoey and it smelled incredible. I think if I make this again I will reduce the oven temperature to 325 and roast it a little longer. The meat was a little tough.

Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

My local grocery store doesn't carry pancetta so I used the maple cured bacon I had on hand. I also carmelized some onion with the bacon and the whole things was so tasty. A new family favorite.
