These enchiladas were very tasty. I used flour tortillas instead of corn because the corn were too small. It still turned out great. Also had some chicken leftover and made some with chicken. Great recipe to make hours before you need them and then only have to heat when ready."

This is probably one of the best Bourgugnon's I have eaten. The aromas were magnificent and the taste even better. I used Grand Marnier for the Cognac. I will make this often.
