"Great cake. I followed directions step by step, it was moist and delicious ! Looked just like Giadas. The apples did fall to the bottom and it was drier on top, not much. I think I over mixed. For a walnut cake it was super moist. I have made walnut cakes and always came out dry and could not figure out how to keep them moist. Giada said veg. oil ""
Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake
"Loved it ! Make sure you have the time to dedicate to this dessert, its worth it ! This was the 1st cheese cake I ever made, came out perfect. I brought it as a dessert for Thanksgiving. I drizzeled the carmel sauce over the top of the cake and than arranged the apples on top, sprinkled with walnuts. Served extra sauce on side. My family loved it ""
