After reading these reviews, I baked the cupcakes at 350 for about 38 minutes and they came out PERFECTLY moist and light. Although the consistency was excellent, the cupcake lacked flavor in some key ways - it wasn't very sweet, and it didn't have much carrot-taste. Reviewed Salmon with Lentils

Excellent dish - the salmon was perfectly cooked and the lentils were flavorful and tender. The relative bulk and substance of the lentil/vegetable combo really worked with the salmon, giving it balance. One caveat to blow your mind: right at the end, post-vinegar, add about a cup or two of raisins. A-MA-ZING! The sweetness of the raisins offsets...
