The first time I tried this was for 15 pulled pork experts and everyone loved it. No one could believe it wasn't cooked low and slow in a smoker. I did marinate it overnight and recommend it.The only change I made was to add a little vinegar to the sauce because it was a bit sweet for my taste. I've already done it a second time!""

This is another excellent recipe from TBC! I tried it for the first time at a dinner party and it was a bit hit with foodie guests. Easy to make the accompaniment and you can do it ahead of time. I have also used sauce with halibut and haddock and it is equally as good."
