I am not a waffle fan. I am the cook in the house and my family always wants waffles. This recipe changed my mind about waffles. This is a fabulous recipe.

You can always throw them in a toaster to crisp them back up.

I have made some variation of this recipe over a dozen times. What a great recipe. I never use ground beef. The main reason I love it is you get a healthy, portion appropriate amount of meatloaf and a pseudo stuffed pepper with out having to eat a whole pepper. One of my favorites."

I really like Hollandaise is small doses, but I went crabbing this weekend and wanted to make crab cake bennedict. It was a really nice sauce, not super rich. I like the lemon flavor it went well with the crab. Great sauce. "

When I was in England for school I would often get this dish as a sandwich. You let it cool and then pile it in a bun. It is something like a lobster roll. This is as close as I've come to duplicating that flavor. Great recipe. Thank you. It brings back lots of great memories. ""
