"I have made some variation of this recipe over a dozen times. What a great recipe. I never use ground beef. The main reason I love it is you get a healthy, portion appropriate amount of meatloaf and a pseudo stuffed pepper with out having to eat a whole pepper. One of my favorites."

"I really like Hollandaise is small doses, but I went crabbing this weekend and wanted to make crab cake bennedict. It was a really nice sauce, not super rich. I like the lemon flavor it went well with the crab. Great sauce. "
